6. Career support
Career Support assessments and funding applications record interest and eligibility information. They are not funding approvals, offers of employment, or guarantees of any training, relocation, or mobility outcome. Any support depends on partner review, availability, and separate written terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content on Kaziin, you grant Kaziin a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content to operate the platform. Kaziin's design, brand, and platform code remain Kaziin's property.
9. Reporting and moderation
Users may report content or accounts that violate these terms. Kaziin will investigate reports and may take action including removal, suspension, or referral to authorities. Moderation decisions are at Kaziin's discretion.
10. Payments
Payment features are available for Quick Tasks where enabled. All payments are subject to separate payment terms. Kaziin reserves the right to charge platform fees for job postings, premium features, or Quick Task commissions as defined at the time of transaction.
11. Limitation of liability
Kaziin provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kaziin is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including unfulfilled job expectations, failed Quick Tasks, or reliance on Career Support assessments.
12. Changes to these terms
Kaziin may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts unless otherwise agreed in writing. These terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad public launch.
